1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of khelogame.live (the "Site") and its services. By visiting the Site, creating an account, or using our tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Khelogame. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement. It is your responsibility to ensure that using the Site is legal in your location. Where such activities are restricted, you must not use the Site.

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

When using Khelogame, you agree not to:

5. Free tools & content

Our Khelo Quiz, Jackpot Countdown and Game Recommender are provided free of charge for entertainment and informational purposes only. The Jackpot Countdown displays a simulated pool and timer — it is not a real prize, offer, or guarantee of any winnings. Quiz answers and recommendations are for fun and should not be treated as professional advice.

6. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, text, graphics and other content on the Site are the property of Khelogame or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not use, reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party services, such as WhatsApp. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party services. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Limitation of liability

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
